Cannot find this mark... rooster head?

    Been looking for this mark, I cannot make out the initials above what looks like a rooster head, anyone familiar with it? also what would this be used for. It has a thumb rest but the dish is 6" diameter, filled with something it could be heavy. Thanks!! silverdish.jpg silverdish1.jpg
