Carved in Relief Oriental Dancer w/Artist's Name? carved in it also - Age? Thoughts?

    This is another piece I found at a local thrift store today. It has what I think is the artist's name in english on the back (Mu Shang?)

    I like it, but a lot of stuff I liked turns out to be 'factory' art ( Can anyone tell me what they think of this?)
    How old is it?
