Carved octopus sofa and mirror

    Hi everyone,

    To finish off the weekend, here are two pieces (in the Netherlands) I really would like to buy but have no idea the age nor their worth.

    I have never looked at antique sofas or mirrors so let me know what you think of these.

    Not antique but using antique motifs (c-scrolls, shells, cartouches etc.) in the carving. Would guess 1980s or 90s.

    Still, I imagine that the sofa is more comfortable than many antique pieces.

    What I expected, disappointing. On the bright side I won't have to carry it around neither.

    Any lights on the frame?

    In my country frames like that were very popular in the 70's and 80's, although they still produce similar ones nowadays.
