I’m documenting what appears to be a unique, hand‑painted Caverswall Silver Jubilee campana urn from 1977, signed by R. A. Shufflebotham. After searching through auction records, museum references, and collector forums, I haven’t been able to locate any other one‑of‑one Caverswall prestige pieces from this period. I’m currently building a Caverswall Prestige Archive to record rare studio‑level works, and I’d be grateful for any historical insight, production background, or comparable examples that members may know of. If anyone has photographs, catalog information, or details on unique or limited‑edition Caverswall pieces — especially those connected to the prestige or studio ranges — I would really appreciate your input. General historical information about the company’s production practices in the 1970s is also very welcome. Thank you in advance for any guidance or material you can share.
