    I assume there are some characters inside that impression on the bottom, but I really can't see them. And chance of a better picture?

    Celadon is often Korean, but not exclusively.

    Maybe. Are you having trouble getting a clearer picture of the characters?

    If they're 3-dimensional, you could try using thin paper and a pencil to take a rubbing.
