Ceramic “Knight’s armor” - please help

It looks like some pieces are missing, or what are those wholes for? Any ideas on how this would fit on a wall as there is no signs of any fastening.
    There is a mark “c.& st. 1933” could it be Gerbing and Stephan?
    Any information would be highly appreciated.

    Your mark is "G.&ST." not C. The 1933 might be a pattern number as they were gone by then.

    I would think it was a decorative wall bracket but it has no hanging mechanism.

    Seems to big for book end, I assume wall decor, but I wonder how could it be hanged.
    Yes, seems like G. rather than C.
