I picked this up at a local thrift. This pamphlet was right next to the plate so I grabbed it as well thinking it might go with the plate. I know its not old but reading what materials they used was kind of interesting. Does this pamphlet go with this plate? Also has anyone ever heard of "China red"? I tried finding more examples but couldn't find anything. I'm not good at deciphering chinese so not exactly sure what the stamp says on the back. If anyone might have any info that would be great!
    Thank you.

Mail order plate direct from China. Catering to the western market. Mail order was popular back in the 1980's/90's.
