    Is the 1060/70s, in the title, the date you think it was made, or is it a typo?

    I doubt that it is rare, nor particularly valuable, IMHO. Chinese or Japanese import and I think from the date range you posted.

    If you're in the US, I'm no expert but I believe trade between China and the US was revived in 1979 so I'm guessing it's no older than that. Someone else will probably know better.
