Chinese bowl

    Have I posted this before ? If not or if so, did anyone know exactly what kind of bowl this is ? Not Fulper, but style yes.

    I don't think you've posted this before - I would remember that edge treatment which is very unusual in my experience. The scene looks Japanese but beyond that I'm afraid I can't help. Neat piece though.

    How wide is it, Billy? Low round bowls are often used for the Japanese flower arranging tradition called ikebana.

    I think that's a good size for ikebana. I do have one that's a couple inches wider, but I don't think it matters much.
