Chinese Brass Urn-Large Censor??..Signed-Age..Character I.D.Help???

It is 9" tall...Greek Key design on one side...Chinese?? Writing on other...Any help appreciated.

 

I think maybe a modern censerdesigned scientifically. Bottom is unusual, looks like an annular air intake? Modern-ness judgment based on Phillips screw used to hold handle on, plus what appears to be black synthetic material under lower end of handle.

 

Thanks Springfield...There is no air intake or synthetic material & handle is not attached by phillips screws??...Picture shows handle attachment on inside & I was able to separate the base.

Cannot see very clear. But from what I saw, it is Japanese. Possibly japan occupied Taiwan production.
