Chinese Brush Washer?

    I picked up this brush washer (I'm only assuming it's a brush washer from my research) in a box lot at auction a few years ago. It's 6"D x 2"H. When would it have been made? The colors are closer to how they appear in the darker photo. Thank you for any information!
