Chinese Bud Vase Victorian-era Replica?

    Let's see if I've got this right or not. Can anyone help confirm or add to the below?
    • A bud vase with a Kangxi dynasty marking
    • The yellowing on the base is copper oxidisation?
    • Most likely a Victorian-era Kangxi replica imported from China (replicas were very popular at the time).

    Definitely not Kangxi due to the poor drawings. The caligraphy on the marks is also sloppy. Not sure that it’s Victorian era, maybe later.

    I'd have said more 1975 than 1875. Places like Pier One used to bring in similar bits by the crate. No clue if this is one of those but I'm not seeing any true age.
