What have I got here? I didn't see a maker or any mark. To me, it's a thing of beauty, even if it turns out to be inexpensive. No mark on the bottom? You should show the bottom anyhow. The decoration is called Chinoiserie, which is a European interpretation of a Chinese theme. It derives from the rococo period of the 18th C, though I suspect this piece is very recent. These days it might actually have been made in China, but it's just as likely to be western.

Looks good quality to me, I'd guess European, Germanic.

Here are some pics of the bottom. I found nothing, except a few light glaze scratches and tiny dings in one of the bisque rings. Also, not sure if this is helpful in identifying, but the piece rings for 5 or 6 second when flicked, which I believe indicates somewhat of a good quality porcelain under the glaze. JMHO, I was thinking very recent because of how white the unglazed areas are.
