Featured Chinese Cloisonne Tea or Sugar Bowl?

    Looks like a tea or sugar bowl? I certainly don't know! Any help would be appreciated.

    Unfiltered ciggies would fit in that just fine. It probably sat on a table at parties with a matching lighter and possibly some small ash trays. This was back when everyone smoked of course. These days, you can throw whatever you want in it.
