    Hi,
I picked up this ginger jar and think I have figured out the mark. On Gotheborg there are similar examples but none have the same number as mine but many of the characters/symbols are the same - am I on the right track with an id?

Very very pretty! when I can find one of those marks I'm tickled pink, without going blind it's a miracle lol

I also think you are right. I believe the numbers are factory numbers. Yours happen to be from Factory #5. Pictures are missing from factories #4, #5, #7 and probably several others. All the factory numbers are for 1946-1966.
