chinese fertillity idol??

    It is a recently made figurine. In the last 20 years or so China has been exporting jades that are inspired by pre-historic Hongshan period jades. Very few real Hongshan jades were found, and they often have faces that look like aliens to us. That appeals to the market, as does erotica.

    So yours has a Hongshan-inspired face, but it is not Hongshan period, they never made anything like this. The body is 100% fantasy, made for the erotica market.
    It isn't rare.
