Chinese Imperial Dragons cloisonne vase mark translation help

    I got this 9.25" Cloisonne vase at the Goodwill this morning.
    A little bit of damage but not bad for $4.00.
    I was hoping someone might be able to translate the mark on the bottom.
    I think I have the orientation correct.

    That's a definite like for $4 dollars paid

    Don't think it's got much age, but heaps better than most we see

    Looks very intricate and well made

    Lao Tian Li (translates as God's fortune) a well known factory in the late Qing into the Republic. However reproductions of these have been made since around 2010 so you'll need to get it authenticated by someone in the know. Originals do well.
