More likely a lion I think. Would be from quite a big vase.

thanks john, the last lid i found sold for over £100, if someone has a damaged or missing one they will spend, especially if they have a pair to complete

You got that right, buddy. Bump into a table, expensive vase begins to topple, frantically grab the vase, the lid flies off and hits the tile floor  :arghh:

Ooh external is about 60mm and internal 45mm at a guess. I'll get an exact measure when I get home. External could overlap a little.

You have a nun fetish? I am quite broad minded but that's a bit much for me.

    Erm 'Just like that'?

Thanks. Outside edge is 40mm and inside dimension is 24mm. Big ask really. Plain white would do.

This is my best shot but neither sit correctly. Not really in keeping with original pattern.

Thanks for your efforts. Still don't think if fits in style. Slid the photo to the bottom of my phone screen and stuck it on top of the ink well. I've just listed it without. I could just fill it with milliput

You get on with your listing. I know you love it.

i aint doing jack today. how've u got on with the new ebay changes, if you don't have a tracking number now, you don't get yer dough for about 20 days or something stupid

so everythings gotta be sent 48 hr tracked (which is a blindingly good service though to be honest) up to £150 covered, and not any more expensive than 2nd class
