Chinese mug question

    Hi all,
    I'm trying to figure out how old this mug is. Also, I can't figure out the blue scene/images under the stamp (palm tree scene?) and if it is correct to refer to the bottom marks as blue under and over glaze. Any help would be great! Thanks!

    Seriously not seeing any age here...could have been bought at World Market yesterday.

    Pretty mug, the kind of thing I would buy for daily use. Made yesterday, although I am willing to go as far as Aaron's estimate.;)
    The decoration is Indian (India) inspired.
