Chinese or Japanese Underglaze Blue With Reliefs

Wondering if somebody is familiar enough with oriental porcelain to give me some good pointers on this dish/basin. Really eye catching, the use of blue in the shading is very well done, that and the relief accents are also very well done, how they did it I would have no idea. Measures 13-3/4" rim to rim with a 1/8" difference NS-EW, 2-3/4"H with a 1/8" difference and the foot 7-5/8" and that one is pretty straightforward. Very heavy weighing 5 pounds. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
