Chinese porcelain siggie - does it just say Made in China?

    I just found this again in a pile of random junk near my computer. Someone made shard jewelry out of what looks like the signature from the back of a piece of porcelain. Oddly it looks to actually have been on the front. Is the porcelain part as new as I suspect it is? The setting is vintage last year, since it's been sitting in a pile here for at least that long.
