    Hi everyone,

I bought this recently as I really like it for myself. I wonder what is the value of it? I searched online and the prices vary so much, I am not any wiser.
    Thanks in advance.

PS. Have not put shadowbox.jpg it on the wall yet, waiting for someone to put proper hooks as very heavy.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I don't know about the value, but was wondering what the picture is made of. Paper? Silk material? Shells? Something else?

    It is very pretty.

Probably shells. Have a pair in a vertical format that I could not sell for even $30.00. Ended up pulling them rather than mark them lower. :(

Was able to hunt up pics of my pair. About 3' tall. Paid $5.00 each for them.

They are colorful -- that is nice. :)

Figtree3, they are shells. I found out the shadowbox dates from 1940/50.
