Chinese Silkscreen Paintings Writing Translations Help

    I was offered these two paintings that are on silk, the first one seems to have some age to it the second seems more recent. The first one has the signature, title taped to the back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, would they be worth the trouble of buying them and trying to find a buyer? screena.jpg screenb.jpg

    The first one is beautiful, but sadly damaged, just above the pine tree. So forget the Asian market, the collector's market, or any place you will get a decent price.
    I cant see the second one very well, but as you said, it looks recent.
