    Hi,
It has been drilled for a lamp. Value now is just decorative. personally I do not feel it had much value before being made into a lamp.

Is that more detailing added to the robes and burner in 2nd pic or scratches ?

I think it's quite a nice piece, but not an expert of course

Thanks not worried about the hole. Is nice needed a second guess from others. Any thoughts of age? I still say republic years. Am no expert but I think is painted good, better then a fake?

id be interested to know as well, im sure someone will know more

its something i would have bought if i saw for the right price

i was tempted to suggest earlier (late 19c,early 20) because of the kiln grit but apart from the foot rim , the base looks mighty fresh

Faces look a bit too cute to be republic. Fairly modern IMHO

It may be hand painted but I think you'll find the outlines are transfers. See how identical the border devices are to one another?
