Featured Chinese turquoise bracelet

    What are your thoughts on this bracelet? Chinese? F4D7B8C9-3EC5-47AC-9E1F-93FAB9631CBA.jpeg Old or new? Real turquoise? I saw one on etsy that was similar. But I don’t know anything about it.

    Not old old, but whether is 5 years old or 45..dunno. The rounds are machine-made so definitely post-Revolution. It was made for export I'd bet, so probably after Nixon went to China. Beyond that you've got me.

    Yes, I think definitely for export. I forgot to mention is is quite large. Too big for me to wear.

    personally I don't think turquoise. Too much waste in the forming of the pieces.

    If she meant the stone, I agree, not turquoise.
