Chinese? Vietnamese? hanging glaze vase

    May as well ask about this. I'm guessing it's new and either Chinese or Vietnamese, but feel free to surprise me. The vase is about 6 1/2" tall, 5 1/4" across. What I like about it is the way the glaze hangs just above the foot (there's probably a specific name for that). No maker's mark. Any thoughts?
