Christian Dior Flower Frog

Could this be a genuine Christian Dior flower frog or just a paint your own type thing where someone has forged his signature, was hoping someone may have read his biography and be able to piece it together.

 

Would you be kind enough, F&C, to repost your photographs as Full Image? That will make them easier for everyone to see.

I've never seen such a CHRISTIAN DIOR item but the designer was the first to embrace brand licensing and nothing would surprise me.

Here's a couple other ceramic items hand signed CHRISTIAN DIOR. I'd think yours was what it says it is. Vintage.

Thanks Deborah good work, I think I should look further into it if Christian Dior was a fan of these

 

I'm thinking this could be one of his designs made by them and exported since its written in English, but not made by him personally obviously

 

It was a little licensed product, produced under his name and might have been sold at his boutique. He would have had no hand in its design. Wonder over to Google France and you'll see tons of ceramics produced for his brand. You'll not be able to find out more.
