Featured Chromcast Table?

Recently came across this on the curb. Legs were screaming out at me. Some decent pitting on the chrome. Looks a lot like Chomcraft Alexander Kagan “Star Trek” Table except, well, it’s not. Thoughts? Only thing it says underneath is Madera.

 

Boy that would be spiffy restored ! I like the lines very much.Theres a Madera furniture company that custom makes furniture,why not send them an email and pic and see if this might be one of theirs?

 

"Madera" does mean "wood" in Spanish. Can we see a photograph?

ya had me going for a minute when I saw the header XD

 

Yeah sorry the header I think “auto” corrected. That is not a label, it’s an isolated area where the material has come off. Everything about it says Chromcraft to me, yet I can’t find a single example online where there are two separate legs. All the examples come down to a single one in the center.

 

Advice to clean the chrome. I am getting told by my sister to use Diet Coke and aluminum foil. Hesitant to start without further advice/suggestions. Last thing I want to do is ruin it but I would like to clean it up and increase its value if I decide to sell it in the future and not keep it for myself. And I would like to clean it up myself anyways, personally.

 

And to clarify, I have found examples of Chromcraft with two separate legs but not with the lateral wood pieces on each side of the chrome like a lot of the Star Trek ones.
