Cinnabar vase (estimated value)

    Recently purchased this small believed to be antique vase. It’s black vase with carved red cinnabar. 4.5 inches tall and very intricate carvings.

    The base is marked China in red painted letters. Some things I’ve read say that marking is likely 1900 to 1930

    any info and thoughts on value.

    That's very pretty, Jacob, but I'm afraid we do not do values here. Too many variables at play in determining how much you might get for an item in any giiven market. We normally suggest that you search for your locally available outlets (like Ebay, Etsy, FB marketplace, etc,) to see what similar items go for.
