The siggy is maybe E. Engler? The paper has a watermark that looks like "C.M. Fassioano" but I am not finding any maker by that name.
    Any suggestions on the location?
    Thanks

Got the paper maker, CM Fabriano.
Don't know about Coliseum with that narrow long path.

I've been there. From memory, there's an entrance that leads in a bit like that - suspect some artistic licence!

To me it clearly does not look like the Colosseum. It looks to me more like it is loosely inspired by some architectural fantasy fom the Renaissance.

Try searching key word Caryatid with some combinations of Greek, building, etc. Maybe you can match the exact location. My computer is starting to bog down on Google images and I have to reboot, ugh!
