    Uniforms and weapons are not ACW. Bayonets are French. Flag on right hand soldier's sleeve is ???? Hats look more Italian. Ca wwi?

    OP is in Serbia, there has been many civil wars before and after the ACW.
    These look like guys from the Balkan wars of 1912-13 between Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece and Montenegro and the Ottoman Empire.

    The flag on the sleeve looks like it may be white over red stripes(Polish?)
    Hat on the soldier to the right looks like it might be WWI austro hungarian infantry

    It referenced characters and a TV show hardly known about outside the US, it tanked on its first showing in the UK and I doubt it was shown in Serbia or the former Yugoslavia.
    The OP did not know what it meant.
