clear glass candle stick holder with finger print pattern

    clear glass candle stick holder with finger print pattern. The top dimension is 2 1/2". the bottom dimension is 4 5/8" and 10 1/8" height. I would like to find out the company name, pattern and era. Thank you for assistance in this request. Rob

    This appears to be cut glass.
    I'm not sure it is an older piece. Wait for other comments.

    The chip on the bottom lowers value considerably.

    Looks like post WW2 imported giftware from Eastern Europe to me.
