Clear Glass Vase with Square Base

Blown glass vase with square base, 9 7/8" tall, and heavy at 3 lbs. Base is solid glass with beveled edge, 3" square. Base is polished and slightly concave at the center.

Sorry about the color reflection--it's beautifully clear.

I was told this is Steuben, but I don't see it in my books.

Any thoughts on maker?

I looked through some Steuben catalogues and didn't see it (early 80s ones). There is a smaller/similar square base one on Replacements with the box but they don't list the date of production. If I find anything else I'll let you know.
