Cloisonne Vase

    This is a vase I found at an estate sale. Does it have any value? Is the mark familiar?

    Also thinking champleve - or something that imitates that style - i'm not really seeing wire in the enamel here - which is the method unique to cloisonne.

    The vase base appears to be pottery?

    If so, then perhaps it's painted to appear to be cloisonne.

    I think it’s cloisonne on porcelain, Japanese, I think it’s called Tokai cloisonné or something like that.

    I don't think I've ever seen cloisonne on porcelain....just metal.

    Tokai...something to google.....TY Anun!
