Clown cat? Trying to find maker

Hi all, just joined today bc I am trying to find the maker of this figurine I bought at a flea market. It's about 6 or so inches tall, hollow, and feels very light like it's made from plaster or papier mache. The base is cardboard and my guess is that it is added later, as it doesnt have a sealant over the paint like the cat does. The feet of the figure are hot-glued onto the base with two small screws through the bottom. It also appears that there was once something in it's left hand, as a hole runs through it.

 

He has jack o'lanterns on his clown costume, so a black cat Halloween decoration.

 

we have some halloween collectors....maybe they know ?

Maybe while you are waiting for other comments, you could post a picture of the bottom.
How things are made or finished underneath can tell us a lot.
