Coming up with nothing on this glass vase

    I'm having trouble with this one. Usually when I have this much trouble I lean toward modern Chinese. The finish on the rim just appears to rough to be anything of quality.     Lol its not beautiful by any means. When I bring things like this home I tell my wife "I bought a mystery not a vase!". The research is where the fun is at but this one is giving me trouble.
