Cool Cufflinks- any info?

Mop and looks like maybe amber inlay? Does anyone recognise the design/maker? Or any info? I really like these so might go back for them anyway. Thank you and keep well.

    Given they're Mexican, doubt that's amber.

    Dunno if they're Enrique Ledesma but... He did work with tortoise shell. Easily mistaken for amber.

    Thanks Debora,tortoise shell makes much more sense. Also not 100% sure they are Ledesma..

    Hard to read the marks in your photographs but you should be able to identify maker from them.
