Featured cool impossible beach find

    hi folks

    check out this cool beach low tide find. I would love to take credit for it but my sister found it, along with some other glass bottle etc

    incredible how it has stayed in one piece, with hardly any damage apart from a bit of discoloration, has that nice sun induced rainbow patina in certain lights

    it was the lion head glass appliques that got my attention though

    i'm guessing its victorian period, epergne flute ?

    i've cleaned it up and added it to an epernge to surprise her when she gets home from work

    I agree, impossible, but there it is, a very fragile and beautiful epergne vase.

    yeah kind of mos, we get sea glass here so its a good little activity while walking the pooches, but the sands are eroding and lots of different things are popping up

    Seconded. The odds of that surviving are lower than USA lotto odds when the jackpot heads north of 100 Mil.
