Copper Candle Snuffer with Foreign Mark: When, and Where?

    The conical cap is ~2¼" diameter; it's ~17" overall.
    The pattern on the ~.400" X ~.100" handle is repeated on both sides, as is the 5-character mark.
    It is very well made in every detail, and smoothly finished.

    Looks like a dead ringer for H. Aguilar's work...and the detail & finish are as good as his. Excellent, and Thanks!!

    That's good. Perhaps H.A. had, in his studio, apprentices, or formal students; this could have been an unabashed copy, a proof-of-skill project, in far less costly material.
