    Welcome, yungsorjuana.
    Yes, it is Tibetan, a teapot for Tibetan butter tea. Not rare and not old, they are still making these. Yours is probably mid 20th century.
    Unfortunately it is missing a lid and it has had some knocks. As it is, it is a nice decorative item.
    It is better to remove the verdigris, the green stuff, or it will eat its way through the bottom.:nailbiting:

    The one in the listing will never sell for that price, they should take off at least 98% for a late 20th century one without a lid.:rolleyes:
