Copper New Zealand 1950s

It is a large copper planter I’m not sure what its purpose was for. It was purchased in NZ, 50 years ago. can’t find any maker mark's on the bottom.

    I don't think it's worth much...... unless you can prove it's from 1819

    Any large copper vessel has some value. Will the dents pound out a bit? Does it sit straight? In reasonably good condition, it ought to be worth $50 or so most places. Maybe more in or near a big city in the Spring during planting season.
