The gold decoration is called ormolu. Whether they are old is hard to tell from you pictures. The glass looks too heavy, which makes me think newer.

We would need better pictures than what is provided.

    Much better pictures, thank you.

Still having a hard time determining if old or new.
I'm leaning toward old. Pre WWI

The glass flowers I have always thought were early 1900s, don't know for sure. I've never tried to verify.

The glass vase appears to be of good quality. Especially if the edge of the vase is cut with a bevel edge. Which makes me think possibly French. They were also fond of ormolu.

These are just my thoughts, I can be very wrong. Hopefully others will comment.

@jingyel, can you take a close up of the medallions on the base? Maybe if it’s a person of importance to a particular country, that will help?

I suspect the company that made the glass is different from the company that made the metal ormolu and that a3rd company assembled and sold the combination. The metal looks in very good condition but the square nut says 1920-30s to me.

    Cameos.

They are too much alike to be natural material. Without having closeups of at least 2 of them, my best guess is that they are porcelain, pâte sur pâte, or a combination, which is what I think this cameo of Nero is, porcelain with paste accents:

This is another feature that would argue for a French origin.

The medallion on the foot is not nearly so rococo as the rest:
