Covered Dragon Bowl w/No Markings - Any Info on Age, Etc..?

    I found this at a local thrift store today. A friend told me it was new/cheap - but since it has no markings on the bottom (didn't they have to add country of origin around 1920?), and was marked $7.95 - I decided to buy it & bring it here to find out if I have something special or not.
    Any info would be greatly appreciated!
