Crystal wine coaster w/ gray cut flowers - maker? pattern?

    This piece has a mixture of gray cut & polished cuts around the sides. I thought it might be Roganska Gallia when I bought it, but unfortunately it is not that pattern.

    Can anyone help with the maker &/or the pattern?

    It is 3 3/4" across & is 2 1/2" to the side edge.
