cufflink stone?

    afternoon all, picked this up in a bag of junk jewelry, it also had an 18k onyx cufflink, hard to get a good picture but stone has a weird design.. any thoughts? no markings

    What weird design were you thinking? The photo is not focused enough to see the detail, but it's a fairly easy basket weave pattern.

    the weird design is the basket weave, as I have never seen one like this. so maybe not weird to you, but weird to me.. lol
