Cup with lots of marks on the side

    Trying to figure out the maker from these marks. Not sure what it is made from but I thought I would work out the manufacturer first to see if it was worth bothering with. Might need a mark expert on this one.

    Hard to make them out, but I don't see anything in the way of "sterling" marks. Unless there is a way to clarify, I suggest probably silver plated.
