Would you take an offer of $100 for this piece? Yay or Nay.
I'm conflicted. Haven't had it looked at yet. And would really appreciate the help.

Did you look through a magnifying glass? Are there dots?

Would think they are buying it for the frame, not the print.
The print does not look like an original print, but rather a 1960s decoupaged piece.

Wait for other answers. It's hard to tell from pictures.

It appears that someone wrapped the print around the canvas and decoupaged. The words American Homestead Winter appear on the back. A closer look with a magnifying glass and I do see dots here and there, and the paper appears to be hairy. Or has a bunch of fibers in it. Curiouser & Curiouser..
    But the frame is gorgeous! PB110123 (640x480).jpg PB110125 (640x480).jpg P8090183 (640x480) (640x480).jpg

    Hi,
It is NOT an original due to size. I'll have to check to see what the size should be. The frame is not worth that kind of money as far as I'm concerned.

Thank you Greg! I wouldn't take that kind of money for something that's not worth it. That's why all this artwork stresses me out.
I just have no idea until I can manage to have it all looked at.

I think someone with more money then sense just wants it for a holiday wall hanger IMHO. Probably has the perfect little spot in mind for it...

Unless there is a fabulous painting hidden under the decoupage, not worth that much. And a fabulous painting would be on canvas, not artists board.
