These little bowls feel like good quality polished glass, but I can't find any marks & I have no idea what kind of key words to use.:eek::p:p When they are sitting on the bottoms it almost look like a pine needle design. However if you turn them over it looks like somebody parted the hair straight down the middle. :jawdrop::jawdrop:;);)
They are 2 3/4" across with thick sides & are 1 1/4" to the side edge.

Thanks for any & all advice or opinions!!:kiss:

What kind of a bowl is it though?

    A nut bowl?

The bowls are too wide open from the top to be crystal balls. Ha-ha.

I could imagine it sitting on a lacquered table and taking a handful of cashews out of it.

They are only 2 3/4" across outside edge to outside edge. The inner diameter is approximately 2 1/8" across. It would probably only hold a small mouthful of whole cashews.

Could it be a double-sided egg cup of sorts?

Or some sort of spice or sauce dish?

Or purely a glass version of a mould of something... a one-of-a-kind piece.

I think the design represents pine needles.

Just an odd thought. Could they represent a Christmas tree?

I like Christmas trees & pine needles much more than hair. :p:p:D:D
