Dagger sheath necklace

Hello everyone, I recently stumbled over a 10K dagger necklace and I am considering buying it for 96 Cad but I don’t know much about it. If you know the worth of this piece or anything about it then please let me know down below.

 

I wish we could see the hallmarks. IF it is gold Id jump on it for 96 cad. Id guess its a victorian brooch of some sort. Any more pics?

 

How do you attach a chain to it to make it into a necklace?

I was thinking to attach it through the tiny chain that connects dagger/knife and the sheath. I attached another picture they posted. Thank you for your reply

 

it's nice...but there are many to choose from....so maybe check prices before you jump in..

 

The hilt has sort of an Indian khanjar shape

That's four of us in the scrum. That kanhjar might settle the matter, although it was no doubt made as an ornamental blade. A little gaudy for my tastes, but for solid gold and gems I'll put up with it. The OP's is a deal if it's 10K.

 

the handle is all gussied up.....but that blade rock solid...fancy but no less a weapon..
