Dating a vintage map

    Hello All!

    I bought this map along with two local 19 century maps, but I wasnt able to approximately date it, except for indication of the russian town being named Petrograd. The use of this name should place it in time frame 1914-1924.
    The map is folded and the sheets are prone to tearing, so I am reluctant to open it fully.
    Its size is 90x105cm.
    I would appreciate your ideas and hopefully some info on the date and the publisher of the map.
